Number Cross Out - An Addition Dice Game
Number Cross Out - An Addition Dice Game
A fun game to practise addition facts to 20.
Number Cross Out includes 4 differentiated Number Strips for your students to consolidate their addition facts and consider the different ways a number can be made. Choose the facts you want them to consolidate (addition to 12, addition to 16, addition to 18 and addition to 20), grab your dice and go!
How Do I Play?
After rolling two dice and working out the total, students can choose to EITHER cross the total out on their number strip OR the two numbers they rolled OR any other combination of numbers which add to their total. The first to cross out all of their numbers - wins!
A great way for students to consider how many ways a number can be made.
